Ferncliff Road is blocked for power lines down. Please detour this morning.

Road is blocked between the 4-Way at Kanis and Ferncliff to the county line south of the 4-H center. Congo-Ferndale to Granger is closed, so please detour if you arent going to the Westcliffe subdivision.
