The upcoming Total Eclipse on April 8, 2024 will be a big deal. Make plans now to view it safely and from a safe location. There is a strong expectation that we will see lots of folks from out of town and out of state in central Arkansas. Learn more about this event from public sites like your county government, sheriff’s, and state transportation (ARDOT). Preparing ahead of time for fuel, food, and maybe just staying out of the main traffic areas will make it more enjoyable for you and your family to witness and celebrate this solar event. Our crew from Station #4 had a great time out with neighbors at the 46th Annual Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival held from March 2-10. The event is always a winner and draws people from all over Arkansas to see the daffodil in bloom. We are there to provide medical standby and visit with all.
